Renata Carvalho

Senior Associate, Active Mobility

Before joining ITDP as an intern, Renata worked in architectural and urban design as a partner at Toca Arquitetura, Brazil. Her experience includes sustainable architectural design, contributing towards a LEED-certified building and streetscape redesign with traffic calming. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Federal de Vicosa and a specialization in Sustainability of the Built Environment from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Transport and City Planning at the University College London, through a Chevening scholarship.
