Africa is home to the world’s fastest-growing cities. As populations increase, so do urban challenges such as transport and housing. ITDP works with these cities to provide sustainable and equitable transport, that can accommodate this exponential growth rate. Our programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy and urban development. We have offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Egypt.
