Diana Laboso is a transport planner and policy specialist with over six years of experience across urban mobility infrastructure, road safety, and financing sustainable transport transitions.
She works at the intersection of transport policy and urban street redesign, helping cities build the financial and institutional frameworks to shift public transport fleets toward zero-emission alternatives, while also making streets safer and more accessible for pedestrians and cyclists in high-density environments.
She holds an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Civil Engineering, and has been recognised as a Global Road Safety Leadership Scholar and a TUMI Global Urban Leader.
